Shipping And Returns
Shipping
All orders will be built, packed and sent out in a timely fashion. Delivery times vary from state to state, along with the potential delays within Australia post and its carriers. Customers can choose from standard delivery, or express. Selecting express does not speed up the build time, if its a custom made product or canopy board.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products must be installed and checked by a licensed auto electrician to be considered a valid return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at milspecdesigns@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Order Cancellation Policy
At Mil-Spec Designs, we work hard to process and prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we offer a limited window of time where cancellations may be accepted.
Right to Cancel an Order
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that:

Your order has not already been shipped, and

Production or customization (if applicable) has not yet begun.
If your order meets these conditions, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
We are unable to cancel orders if:

The order has already been shipped

The order has already entered production (for personalized or made-to-order items)

More than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed

Custom or Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products begin production quickly. These items cannot be cancelled once production has started, even if within the 24-hour window.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full. Refunds usually appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

If an item becomes unavailable, out of stock, or discontinued, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
